Driver Faces Court After M1 Stop and Breath Test Refusal Near Lisburn
A driver faces charges in Lisburn Court on 2 March following a stop by Road Policing Officers on the M1 near Lisburn. The incident occurred the previous night when officers halted the vehicle over its driving manner.
Tests at the roadside showed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He refused to take a breath test and declined to give his name and address.
