Gareth Bradley, 38, of Edward Street in Portadown, faces a charge of receiving stolen goods. The items include a Rab cap, three pairs of Diesel jeans and a Barbour For Him set. The alleged offence occurred on May 24 last year.

Bradley appeared via video link from prison at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday. He pleaded not guilty to the charge. District Judge Michael Ranaghan noted the defence claim that Bradley did not know the items were stolen, including the cap with a tag which he was wearing at the time.

Full details of the allegation were not outlined in court. The case was adjourned to March 13 for a date to be fixed for a contest.
