Jet2 has opened bookings for summer 2028 from Belfast International Airport, offering 21 destinations and more than 618,000 seats. The programme includes up to 56 weekly flights during peak periods.

A new direct service to Bourgas, Bulgaria will operate weekly on Wednesdays from 5 July to 4 October 2028. The route connects travellers with Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, including Sunny Beach and Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The programme covers Spain, Portugal, Greece, Türkiye, Croatia, Malta, Italy, Bulgaria, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands. Further destinations are expected to be announced.

Jet2holidays packages can be secured with a £60 per person deposit and interest-free monthly payments. Packages include ATOL protection, accommodation ranging from two to five stars, and transfers.

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2, said the early launch responds to customer demand for advanced planning. Booking early allows travellers to secure preferred hotels and room types, including family and sea-view options, which sell out quickly.

The airline will celebrate 25 years of operation in 2028.
