Jet2 launches exclusive Belfast–Bergen flights for summer 2027
Jet2 has announced a new exclusive route from Belfast International Airport to Bergen, Norway, for summer 2027. The carrier will be the only airline operating direct flights between the two cities that season.
The programme offers two four-night breaks. The first departs on 8 April 2027 and returns on 12 April, while the second runs from 29 April to 3 May 2027.
Bergen is a historic harbour city and a gateway to Norway’s fjords, including the Aurlandsfjord and Nærøyfjord. Its centre includes the Bryggen district, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with preserved wooden buildings from the Hanseatic era.
Jet2 said the new route responds to demand for experience-led travel, providing customers with access to culture, dramatic landscapes and a city break in one trip.
Steve Heapy, chief executive of Jet2, said the company was pleased to offer the exclusive programme from Belfast International. He described Bergen as a destination that combines famous fjords with a superb city break appeal.
The Discover More package includes return flights, 22kg hold luggage, accommodation, ATOL protection and a fjord cruise, with a low deposit of £60 per person. A Jet2CityBreak package covers flights, accommodation, ATOL protection and hold luggage, with additional experiences bookable separately.
The flights are on sale now for travellers planning ahead to 2027.
