Planning Application Submitted for Crocs Store at The Boulevard, Banbridge
A planning application for a new Crocs store at The Boulevard shopping complex in Banbridge has been lodged with the local authority.
The application, submitted on 31 July by Silvaman Group Ltd of Tipton, covers the installation of a dividing wall, electrical systems, flooring and an HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system within an existing unit.
The Department for Infrastructure Roads section in Craigavon has been consulted on the proposals and has not yet responded.
While the planning process is ongoing, The Boulevard launched a trade-in promotion on 20 August via its Facebook page. The centre invited customers to bring old Crocs footwear to the mall until 31 August, saying the items would be used to decorate a Crocs archway at the new store.
In return, participants were promised an exclusive discount on a future purchase when the store opens.
