A Portadown pupil has been congratulated for completing seven years of primary education without a single absence.

Harry Graham achieved full attendance throughout his time at Moyallen Primary School. Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart visited the school to commend him.

Lockhart met with the pupil, his family, and principal Mr Davidson ahead of Graham’s planned move to Banbridge Academy in September.

Lockhart said the achievement demonstrated the pupil’s dedication and positive attitude. She noted that such a record required commitment from the pupil as well as encouragement from his family and the school.

The MP also paid tribute to the staff at Moyallen Primary for their work in supporting pupils to reach their potential.
