A man has been sent to prison for manslaughter over the death of an employee at a Newry company. The fatal incident happened four years ago.

The business itself was fined £120,000 after being convicted of its part in the tragedy.

A court found both the individual and the company guilty of contributing to the man's death.

The sentencing brings to a close a case that examined workplace safety obligations.
