A 61-year-old man arrested in Castlewellan on suspicion of drug offences has been released on bail.

The arrest occurred in the early hours of Sunday 5 July. He was detained on suspicion of possession of a class A drug with intent to supply and a number of other offences.

Police have released the man on bail pending further enquiries. No further details have been disclosed.
