The Utility Regulator’s annual report for the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) shows that £7,662,216 was spent during the 2024/2025 period.

The funding supported energy efficiency measures across 2,484 domestic properties and 75 non-domestic premises. At least 80 per cent of the programme’s funding was directed to vulnerable or priority customers.

Lifetime energy savings from the installed measures totalled 384.120 gigawatt hours. Carbon savings were 30,147 tonnes, with lifetime CO2 equivalent savings of 110,529 tonnes.

The gross lifetime customer benefit was calculated at £24,440,864. The report reviews scheme performance and outlines the financial and environmental outcomes.
