Police have stepped up patrols in Gosford Forest Park, County Armagh, after receiving reports of anti-social behaviour.

The Armagh Neighbourhood Policing Team said the increased presence follows complaints about young people causing a nuisance and damaging cycle trails within the park.

A police spokesperson said that parks and open spaces are there for everyone to enjoy, and urged all users to be mindful of others. The spokesperson added that while they did not wish to spoil anyone's fun, they asked for everyone to look out for each other and to treat the facilities with care.
