Police in Derry are investigating a report that two juveniles were sexually assaulted on Monday afternoon.

The incident is alleged to have occurred in the Cedar Street area of the city on 8 June.

Officers have described the suspect as a white male of slim build, with short dark hair and dental braces. He was wearing a distinctive green Superdry hoodie with a front logo, dark trousers and dark-coloured shoes.

Inspector Ferriby has appealed for anyone who was in the area at the time and noticed suspicious behaviour to contact detectives. Police are also seeking dashcam or other footage that may assist the investigation.
