A Co Tyrone man stands accused of possessing equipment used to produce counterfeit currency. Noel Rafferty, 40, of Millbank Cottages in Drummullan near Coagh, appeared before Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, to face the charge.

He is also charged with possessing a counterfeit note and possession of cannabis. Additional motoring offences include driving while unfit and dangerous driving on the M2 near Antrim town, all alleged to have occurred on 18 January.
