A documentary on Bloody Sunday will open at Derry's Omniplex on Friday.

Additional screenings are scheduled in Belfast, Omagh, Dungannon, Craigavon, Newry and Downpatrick.

The film will also play at Glasgow Film Theatre on June 7 and at Rich Mix cinema in London on June 18.

Family members and activists recount events from the period of discrimination under the old Unionist administration through the 1972 shootings and the later Saville Report.

Tony Doherty, Chair of the Bloody Sunday Trust, called the film outstanding and noted the collaboration with the Rainbow Collective.
