A man and woman from Tempo have been fined following motoring offences in County Fermanagh.

Mykhalo Balan, 33, and Nataliia Kulybaba, 35, both of Main Street, appeared at Enniskillen court on Monday and pleaded guilty to charges relating to events on 12 October.

Balan was driving on Lisnaskea Road when he was stopped. He recorded a breath test result of 81 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath and was also charged with driving without insurance.

Kulybaba pleaded guilty to permitting him to drive the vehicle without insurance.

The court heard that both work in a factory in Lisnaskea, earning £500 each per week.

District Judge Alana McSorley disqualified Balan from driving for 12 months and fined him £250. She also fined Kulybaba £250 and imposed six points on her licence.
