A Year 11 pupil from Erne Integrated College in Fermanagh will compete in the final of the Healthy Home Chef Competition. Nadya Brannigan secured her place in the all-island event organised by Atlantic Technological University at its St Angela’s campus in Sligo.

The final takes place on Wednesday, May 6. Brannigan will face other young cooks from across Ireland.

Neven Maguire, chef at MacNean House and Restaurant, serves on the judging panel.
