Irmantas Stuina, 32, from Parkwood Manor in Dungannon, pleaded guilty at Dungannon Magistrates Court to paying for sexual services of another person.

The offence took place on October 11, 2023. Police saw Stuina leave a property on Ballygawley Road in Dungannon.

Officers approached him soon after. He seemed nervous and said he came from a paid massage booked online.

Police arrested him. In questioning, he admitted arranging the meeting via an escort website and paying for sexual services.

His solicitor stated in court that Stuina felt ashamed of his actions.

The court ordered a pre-sentence report. Sentencing is set in six weeks.
