A shop in Beragh, County Tyrone, won the gold award for Centra High Convenience Store of the Year at the Musgrave Northern Ireland Store of the Year awards. Curry’s Centra on Curr Road received the honour at the event held at The Slieve Donard Hotel in County Down.

Two other Tyrone stores also succeeded. Daly’s SuperValu in Aughnacloy earned silver in the overall SuperValu Store of the Year category and recognition for food safety performance. McFarland’s Mace in Newmills won for social media excellence.

Musgrave NI Retail Sales Director David Higgins stated that the awards recognise the passion and hard work of retail partners across SuperValu, Centra and Mace brands. He thanked retailers for maintaining high standards for customers and congratulated all finalists and winners.

Radio presenter Pete Snodden hosted the ceremony. Finalists advanced through multiple performance and standards audits, with the top award as the highest recognition.
