Prosecutors withdrew charges against a 34-year-old man accused of possessing a knife in Antrim town. The case came before Antrim Magistrates Court, which sat in Ballymena on Tuesday.

Caine Mills, from Bush Manor, faced the allegation linked to an incident on February 15. A prosecutor informed the court of a no prosecution decision.

The withdrawal ended the legal proceedings against Mills.
