First Acts Announced for 16th Stendhal Festival in Limavady
Organisers of the 16th Stendhal Festival have announced the initial line-up for the event at Ballymully Cottage Farm in Limavady, scheduled for July 2-4, 2026.
The Tumbling Paddies will headline on Friday. Cast will take the Saturday headline slot.
Additional performers include Eric Bell with the Eric Bell Trio, Robert Arkins in the Commitments show, Belfast electronic trio Chalk, Huartan, DJ Yoda, Mad Professor, Mary Coughlan, Kíla, and Johnny Gallagher and the Boxty Band.
Northern Irish artists feature alongside acts from the Republic of Ireland and international performers such as French artist Ataya.
Festival director Ross Parkhill stated that the line-up includes acts from various genres and locations to create a strong event. He noted challenges in the independent festival sector due to cost of living pressures and efforts to deliver value for ticket buyers.
Parkhill thanked the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Tourism Northern Ireland, and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland for their support. Further announcements on comedy, family, and art programmes will follow.
