Paul Mercer and Stephen McGreevy, lecturers at South Eastern Regional College, received Membership of the City and Guilds of London Institute. The awards took place at Mansion House in London.

Mercer serves as principal lecturer and commercial hospitality manager at the college. McGreevy works as lead business skills manager.

The ceremony recognised 19 tutors and trainers from the UK for their work in skills and training. Mercer and McGreevy attended among the recipients.

Present at the event were Interim Chief Executive of City and Guilds Foundation Mike Adamson, Lady Mayor of London Dame Susan Langley, and Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Cooks Bob Grainger.

South Eastern Regional College operates in the south-east of Northern Ireland.
