Translink Glider Damaged Near Colin Connect in West Belfast, Route Temporarily Suspended
A Translink Glider bus sustained over £2,000 in damage from a broken window near the Colin Connect site in west Belfast on the night of 9 April.
Police from the PSNI at Woodbourne are investigating the criminal damage incident.
The attack led to a temporary suspension of the bus route, affecting the local community.
Officers called the incident unacceptable and dangerous.
They appealed for witnesses with information, mobile phone footage, or dashcam footage to contact 101, quoting serial 1448 of 09/04/26.
A Translink spokesperson confirmed the broken window occurred the previous evening with no injuries reported.
Services resumed after the temporary suspension to ensure passenger and staff safety.
Translink condemned the anti-social behaviour and is cooperating with PSNI and community representatives.
