The Millennium Forum in Derry will hold auditions for its annual Christmas pantomime, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The production runs from November 27 to December 31.

Auditions take place on Friday, April 24 from 3pm to 5pm, and Saturday, April 25 from 10am to 1pm. Interested performers must contact Lisa Lynch at 028 71 272770 between 9.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday, or email [email protected], to book a slot in advance.

Lead roles available include Snow White, Prince Charming and the evil sidekick. Adult general ensemble positions for those aged 17 and over require singing, acting and dancing skills.

Jonathan Burgess directs the show, produced by the Millennium Forum. David McLaughlin, chief executive and show producer for the past 23 years, stated the venue maintains a strong reputation for family-friendly Christmas pantomimes.

He noted that Sleeping Beauty in 2021 reached the shortlist for Best Panto at the UK Panto Awards. Beauty and the Beast last year drew over 30,000 attendees and set box office records.
