Wayne Fahy, aged 39, from Feddan Road in Tempo, faces a charge of breaching a non-molestation order. The order was issued under the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 in January 2026.

Fahy will contest the charge. The hearing is scheduled for May 5 at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court.
