A 24-year-old man from Willowdale in Antrim town appeared at Antrim Magistrates' Court, which sat in Ballymena, on Tuesday.

Calvin Boyd faces six counts of possessing indecent images of children and one count of possessing a prohibited image of a child. The charges stem from August 16, 2023.

The court granted Boyd bail set at £500. The case moves to Antrim Crown Court for arraignment on April 24.
