Linzi Moore, loss prevention co-ordinator at EUROSPAR Cullybackey, won the UK Sales Colleague of the Year award at the Convenience Awards in Liverpool.

Moore has worked at the store for 28 years. She started as a customer advisor and advanced to team leader before her current position.

Judges recognised her patience and knowledge. Colleagues noted her honesty, care and hard work.

She trains staff at other stores and assists new managers. Moore supports elderly customers by delivering groceries to their homes after work.

Moore helped raise more than £500 for Cancer Fund for Children. She contributed to collections exceeding £1,200 for Community Rescue Service and Air Ambulance NI.

She organises litter picks and fundraising for local charities and groups.

George Rankin, Retail Director at Henderson Group, stated that Moore ensures strong customer service in Cullybackey. He added that her community efforts receive appreciation from all.
