Harry Barr, 34, received a community service order at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court for benefit fraud. He now lives in England but his last known address is Mount Hamilton Road in Cloughmills.

Barr claimed £6,451 in Universal Credit without declaring his income. The Department for Communities investigated the case and uncovered the fraud.

The court sentenced him to 150 hours of community service. Barr must also repay any outstanding amount obtained wrongly to the Department.
