A single-vehicle road traffic collision occurred on the Clanabogan Road in Omagh at 7am on Saturday, March 14. The road, which links Omagh and Dromore, closed while emergency services responded.

Police, Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service attended the scene. The air ambulance also responded.

One man received hospital treatment following the crash. He remains in a critical condition.

Traffic from Fintona diverted back through Omagh town. Drivers received advice to use alternative routes.

A PSNI spokesperson stated the Clanabogan Road closed due to the serious single-vehicle collision. The road reopened by Saturday afternoon.
