Met Office Issues Yellow Wind Warning for All of Northern Ireland
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for wind across all counties in Northern Ireland. The alert runs from 6am to midday on March 12.
Strong southwesterly winds will gust between 40 and 50 mph in most areas during Thursday morning. Some locations may experience gusts of 50 to 60 mph for short periods, along with heavy rain.
Forecasters expect difficult travel conditions due to the winds and rain. Winds will ease from the west later in the morning.
