Enniskillen won the Ulster Women’s Premier League with a 55-5 victory over Ballynahinch at home on Sunday. The match followed their 60-0 win against Ballymena the previous week.

Both games took place in cold, blustery conditions with occasional showers. In the Ballymena match, Scarlett Keys scored three tries. Lucy Thompson and Zara Flack each scored two tries. Sophie Meeke, Stacey Sloane and Farrah Cartin-McCloskey scored one try each.

Sophie Meeke converted three tries. Lucy Thompson and Sarah Teague each converted two tries. Kelly Beacom and Sarah Adams gained significant ground. Captain Rebecca Beacom led in tackling and lineout play.

India Daley and Sophie Barrett missed the Ballynahinch game due to Wolfhounds duty in the Celtic Challenge. Moya Hill started and scored two tries. Ciara O’Donnell and Leah Irwin returned from injury.

Leah Irwin scored two tries and converted four. Katie Elliott scored the first try after 25 minutes. Zara Flack scored in each half. Sarah Teague and Scarlett Keys added further tries.

Ballynahinch defended throughout. Enniskillen extended the lead in the final quarter. The team faces Clogher Valley away on Sunday.
