Kainos CEO Shares Global Management Insights at West Belfast Business Event
Brendan Mooney, CEO of Kainos, spoke to small business owners in West Belfast about the challenges of managing 3,500 employees across 20 countries. The event took place at the latest Roundtable breakfast in An Chultúrlann.
Mooney joined Kainos as a trainee in 1989 and later led the company to a public listing in 2015. He left the CEO role in 2023 before returning in 2024.
Kainos, a Belfast-headquartered technology firm listed on the London Stock Exchange, provides digital transformation services to public and private sector clients.
Attendees included Aidan Flynn of Flynn Construction, Paul Cooper of Cooper's Community Pharmacy, life coach Jo McAllister, Úna-Méabh O'Hanlon of Connect the Dots, and architect Ciarán Deazley.
