Northern Ireland law firm Mills Selig has expanded its banking and finance team with three new appointments: Nichola Coghlan as legal director, Andrew McClurg as associate, and Hannah Roleston as solicitor.

Richard Houliston, partner and head of the banking and finance team, stated that the new hires bring experience in real estate finance, corporate lending, social housing, and structured deals.

Houliston noted the firm's involvement in several mandates shortlisted for the NI Dealmakers Awards 2026, including advising Danske Bank on a £35m revolving credit facility to Apex Housing Association.

The firm aims to build a market-leading financial services practice focused on technical excellence and complex transactions.
