Cleaver Fulton Rankin, a Northern Ireland law firm, has appointed Rebecca O’Flaherty as an associate director in its banking and finance team. The firm also hired Aisling Park as a paralegal in the private client department.

O’Flaherty brings experience in advising clients on corporate transactions across multiple sectors. Stephen Cross, head of banking and finance, stated that her transactional background strengthens the team’s capacity to offer focused advice to financial institutions and borrowers.

Park joined to assist in the private client department. Michael Graham, head of private client, noted that her role supports the provision of specialist advice on personal legal issues.

The appointments expand the firm’s resources in key practice areas.
