Dungannon and South Tyrone Chamber of Commerce hosted a senior delegation from Stormont at Connect in Market Square. The meeting focused on investment and growth in the Dungannon area.

The delegation included First Minister Michelle O’Neill, Economy Minister Caoimhe Archibald, MLA Colm Gildernew, and MP for Fermanagh and South Tyrone Pat Cullen. Chamber board members also attended the discussions, which were described as positive and constructive.

Chamber President Niall Maneely outlined the organisation's progress and highlighted key issues inhibiting investment and business expansion. These included infrastructure and road improvements.

Maneely noted Dungannon's strengths in food processing and engineering sectors but emphasised the need to broaden the employment base into tradable services.
