Cambridge House Grammar School in Ballymena has entered a three-year partnership with Galgorm Collection to support its rugby programme.

The agreement began in September 2026 and will provide new playing kits, equipment, and specialist coaching for the school's rugby players. The team competes in Ulster Schools' rugby competitions.

Galgorm Collection's business development manager, Georgie Briota, said the company is passionate about supporting communities and creating opportunities for young people. Briota noted that several Galgorm employees are former Cambridge House pupils and rugby players, making the partnership particularly meaningful.

Jordan McKinstry, head of rugby at Cambridge House, said the school is grateful for the support, which will allow investment in resources to benefit players now and in the future. He said the team is proud of its players' determination and commitment against strong school teams in Northern Ireland.

The partnership is part of Galgorm Collection's community engagement programme, which supports schools, sporting organisations, charities, and educational partnerships across Northern Ireland. The hospitality group employs nearly 1,400 people across its hotels, restaurants, and golf experiences.
