FinTrU has confirmed a proposed restructuring that will affect a number of roles within the company. The firm has not provided details on the location or exact number of positions impacted.

The company stated that the restructuring follows a wider strategic review and is part of an organisational realignment intended to support long-term growth and align with evolving operational needs. Employees affected by the proposals will be supported throughout the consultation process, the firm said.

FinTrU said it was unable to provide details on the location of affected roles because of the ongoing consultation and respect for employees.

The company has offices in Derry and Belfast. In August, it announced the creation of new jobs in the north west through its graduate programme.

FinTrU was founded in 2013 by Darragh McCarthy and provides specialist services including KYC, compliance, risk, legal and regulatory support.
