Cleaver Fulton Rankin, a law firm based in Belfast, has announced a senior leadership appointment and the qualification of three new solicitors.

Joanne Graham has been named head of HR at the firm. She takes on the role after having worked for the firm for many years, bringing what the firm describes as extensive experience and a people-focused approach. In her new position, she will lead the human resources strategy and support colleagues across the business.

Graham said she is proud to step into the role and highlighted the talent and dedication of her colleagues. She said she is passionate about supporting the firm's people and creating an environment where they can develop their careers.

The firm has also confirmed that Laura Gooding, Imogen Kelly and Thomas Moorehead have completed their training contracts and will take up roles in different departments.

Gooding will join the employment and business immigration team. Kelly will join the planning and environment team. Moorehead will join the dispute resolution team.

All three expressed gratitude for the support they received during their training and said they look forward to continuing their careers with the firm.
