Irvinestown man accused of stalking released on bail with town ban
A 25-year-old man facing stalking and other charges has been ordered to remain out of Irvinestown as a condition of bail.
Craig David Humes, of Lack Road, Irvinestown, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court charged with stalking a female between 1 May and 1 August 2026. He also faces charges of driving without due care and attention on 1 August, assaulting a female on 19 July 2026, assaulting a male on 1 August, and using threatening and abusive behaviour on 11 July.
A police officer told the court that the defendant could be connected with the charges. A prosecutor informed the court that a withdrawal statement had been made.
