Conor Browne memorial truck run returns to Castlederg for third year
The third Conor Browne Truck and Tractor Run will take place in Castlederg on Sunday, September 27.
Organisers expect hundreds of trucks from across the North West to participate in the memorial event, which supports local charities.
This year, proceeds will be split between Air Ambulance NI, the MS Society, Revive and the Conor Browne Foundation.
The first run was held in September 2024 and raised £80,000 for Air Ambulance NI and Revive. A second event in September 2025 collected a further £90,000 for the Castlederg Aghyaran First Responders Group. The total raised across the two previous events stands at £160,000.
Conor Browne died on September 4, 2023, two days after being attacked outside a bar in Castlederg. He was 28 and had a young child.
Two people are currently awaiting trial on charges of murder and related offences.
