Courts: Beautician sentencing delayed over health concerns as Belfast harassment charges dropped
BELFAST: Charges of intimidation and harassment against a man from the Knock Road were withdrawn after the Public Prosecution Service made a no-prosecution decision. District Judge Natasha Fitzsimmons marked the case as withdrawn.
LISBURN: Sentencing of a beautician convicted on 12 counts of having unauthorised medicinal products for sale or supply, along with a possession charge, has been adjourned to 20 August after her solicitor told the court she is currently experiencing seizures and remains too unwell to attend. The convictions followed a contested hearing in May in which Department of Health officers found unlicensed and prescription-only medicines, including injectable products, at the defendant's home.
