A new painting of the Giant's Causeway by north coast artist Adrian Margey has been commissioned for the British Ambassador's residence in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Margey shared a video on social media showing the creation of the piece, which depicts the basalt columns in his characteristic style.

The artist said he was delighted and honoured by the commission, noting that the painting will represent an iconic Northern Ireland landscape in an international setting. He hopes the artwork will help build connections across cultures and contribute to the identity of the residence.
