Police in County Tyrone have asked for the public’s help to locate a 17-year-old boy who went missing on Friday.

Michal Mielniczek was last spotted around 6.30pm on June 26 at the Ballygawley Park and Ride, where he got on a bus bound for Omagh.

Officers said they are growing increasingly worried for his welfare and have issued an urgent appeal for information.

Michal is described as white, roughly 5ft 10in tall, with bleached blond hair and a distinctive limp.

At the time he was wearing a dark navy checked shirt, jeans, and blue and silver trainers.

A Police Service of Northern Ireland spokesperson urged anyone who saw Michal or knows where he might be to make contact.

Witnesses or anyone with details can call police on 101, or 999 in an emergency, and quote reference number 112 of 27/06/2026.
