Police in Antrim and Newtownabbey confirmed a sighting of Joseph McCauley, reported missing from Lurgan, in the Tower Way area of Antrim. The sighting occurred around 10.55am on March 14.

McCauley was last seen in Lurgan at about 8.15am that day. He was walking on Ardboe Drive away from Russell Drive carrying a green Asda bag.

Officers from Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon police issued the initial missing person appeal. Police in Antrim and Newtownabbey provided the update on his location.

Police expressed concern for McCauley's welfare. They noted he often wore a grey round-neck T-shirt, blue shorts and black hiking boots, though his clothing on March 14 remains unknown.
