Woman, 53, charged with communicating false bomb threat in Newtownabbey
A 53-year-old woman has been charged after a report of a bomb on the Antrim Road in Newtownabbey on Friday, 12 June.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland confirmed the woman is accused of communicating false information, causing a bomb hoax, and breaching an antisocial behaviour order.
She is expected to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 15 June. All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service as part of standard procedure.
