The Rock Bar, a licensed premises on the Falls Road in west Belfast, has been listed for sale with an asking price of £750,000 excluding VAT.

The property is being marketed by Savills on the PropertyPal website, with the listing described as “New / Sole Agency / Freehold / For Sale”. There is no indication of a sale agreed or completion at this stage.

The bar occupies a two- and three-storey building with an attractive facade, a dedicated off-sales area, a split-level public bar, and a first-floor lounge with a stage and bar servery. Upper floors provide additional storage and office space.

The building is Grade B2 listed, a designation that reflects its cultural, architectural or historical significance.

Last weekend, the bar’s Facebook page advertised live screenings of the UEFA Champions League final and several GAA games, along with a weekly “Rebel Sunday” event. However, by this week the shutters had been put up and the building appeared closed.

No further details about the closure or the sale process have been made public.
