Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel and Lodges raised £5,000 for Action Mental Health Fermanagh during a celebration marking the hotel's 50th anniversary.

The event was held last month at the hotel in County Fermanagh. Proceeds from the celebration were directed to the charity as its sole beneficiary.

Action Mental Health Fermanagh Service Manager Selwyn Johnston said the donation will support services for people recovering from mental ill health in the county.

Johnston noted that Action Mental Health depends on donations to continue its work.

Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel Director David Morrison said the event brought people together to mark the anniversary while also supporting local mental health services.

The funds will be used to sustain services provided by the charity in Fermanagh.
