ARDS: A 52-year-old man charged with causing the death by dangerous driving of 12-year-old Lucas Trainor in Portaferry, along with related charges including failing to stop and driving without insurance, has been further remanded in custody with the case adjourned to June 24.

BELFAST: A 28-year-old wind turbine engineer from Ayr appeared in court charged with voyeurism and harassment, with a defence lawyer conceding a prima facie case exists - he was released on £400 bail with a condition of no contact with the complainant, and legal aid was refused given his earnings of up to £7,000 a month.
