Michael Kenna, 39, from Belturbet died in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on the Marble Arch Road in Fermanagh on Sunday morning.

Mr Kenna is survived by his young son M.J., his father Joe, and his sister Geraldine. He was predeceased by his mother Marian.

His remains will repose at Lawlors Funeral Home in Ernehill, Belturbet, on Wednesday evening from 5.30pm, with evening prayers at 7pm. A funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Thursday in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Belturbet, followed by burial in Drumalee Cemetery.

Local councillor John Paul Feeley described the incident as a huge tragedy for the family. MLA Diana Armstrong expressed shock at the death and offered condolences to the family and friends. She thanked emergency services who attended and urged road users to remain alert and observe speed limits.

Councillor Elaine Brough said her thoughts and prayers were with Mr Kenna's family and friends.

One local friend, Paul, said Mr Kenna loved motorcycles and would do anything to help someone.
