A man from Bessbrook has been banned from driving after crashing a car onto its roof and leaving the scene while intoxicated. He received suspended prison terms but avoided immediate jail time.

A woman from Richhill has been handed a three-year driving ban for a second time after refusing to provide breath samples to police. Officers found her in a car with open bottles of wine.

The incidents occurred in separate locations in County Armagh. Both cases resulted in driving bans but no immediate prison sentences.
