A husband and wife team from Antrim has enrolled in a social sciences diploma programme at Northern Regional College to pursue social work careers.

Victoria Sturgeon and Thomas Sturgeon had not engaged in formal education for more than two decades prior to starting the Access Diploma in Social Sciences.

The programme provides a pathway for individuals seeking entry into social work fields.
