A proposal of application notice has been submitted to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council for a residential development of around 60 dwellings. The site covers 2.63 hectares to the west of Ballyquin Road in Limavady. It forms Phase 3 of The Gorteen Lands, located south of 37 Ballyquin Road.

The plans include a new internal road network. They also cover associated access arrangements, parking, public open space, landscaping, and ancillary site works.

Council planning department received the notice recently.
